1.About this agreement

This agreement is between you (the vendor) and Service Link Guyana. It explains how your listing operates on the platform, how billing works, and how disputes are handled. Both parties can update it; we'll notify you in writing before any new version applies, and your continued use means acceptance.

2.Listing & content

You're responsible for keeping your listing accurate. False or misleading information (wrong contact, fake reviews, stolen photos, undisclosed sub-contracting) is grounds for suspension. Service Link may verify your business registration and identity at any time.

3.Billing models

  • Free: listed without featured slots or invoices.
  • Per-job: billed only on confirmed billable leads (default G$2,500 per lead).
  • Subscription: a flat monthly fee with featured rotation included.

4.Survey-based billing

After a customer contacts you on Service Link, both of you receive a short survey. A lead is billable only when both parties confirm the job happened and the customer paid. If answers disagree, an admin reviews. You may dispute any survey within 48 hours.

5.Payment refusal & withholding

If you refuse to pay a confirmed billable invoice, we may suspend your listing pending resolution. We will not weaponise this against vendors with genuine disputes; honest mismatches are reviewed by humans and refunds/cancellations are common.

6.Customer interactions

Treat customers respectfully on and off the platform. Discriminatory behaviour, abusive messaging, or pricing different rates based on protected characteristics is grounds for permanent removal.

7.Data & privacy

We share the customer's first name and contact preference (WhatsApp or call) when they reach out. Phone numbers are exchanged only after the conversation starts. You may not export or store customer data outside Service Link without explicit consent.

8.Termination

You may close your account at any time. Service Link may suspend listings that breach this agreement, fail to respond consistently, or maintain a rating below 3.0 for an extended period.
